Cooling Inspection List
- Inspect air filters
- Check blower wheel
- Inspect pipe unsulation
- Check all electrical connections
- Inspect evaporator coil condition
- Inspect the compressor and motor contactor(s) condition
- Verify proper temperature rise/drop
- Clean unit as needed
- Inspect refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Inspect evaporator condensation drain line
- Clean condenser coil
- Discuss inspection with home owner
